The Laethes Mask
The Laethes Mask is based on a beautiful 16th century visor at The Wallace Collection. With its dragon-like wing and eye motifs, it bears striking resemblance to the famous Negroli "batwing armor" that my Laethes design is based upon. Though not by the same artist (the maker of this visor is unknown), this piece is clearly inspired by the same mythology, so I figured why not treat them as a match for my own "garniture?"
Please be advised that masks are not returnable.
